 Biography

 I have been involved in various areas of the real estate  industry for over 15 years.  I got my start in the real  estate industry doing finance and analyst work where I  established my foundation of solid real estate  fundamentals.  In 2002, I started Hanover Properties as a  boutique real estate brokerage to service the commercial  real estate needs for both private label and corporate  clientele.  The commercial real estate services I offer  range from tenant representation, lease up services, to  developer and investor services.  In 2004, I became a  managing principal of Platinum Premier Services, Inc.  which was formed for the purposes of buying and  assembling land for development, and later evolved into a  platform for full scale development and private equity                                     ventures. 

Throughout my career I have been actively involved in commercial real estate, as well as, real estate development, which allows me to provide a  broad knowledge base,  and diverse skill set, so that I can best serve my clientele.   I am very dedicated to the real estate industry, especially the business of commercial real estate, and have been able to be successful because of my work ethic, along with my unwavering need for fair dealings, coupled with a high level of integrity. 

I received my  Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California San Diego and my Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.   At this time I am also an Adjuct Professor at Cal Poly Pomona, in the Department of Finance, Real Estate and Law.  Additionally, I am a member of the California and National Association of Realtors, The Citrus Valley Association of Realtors (CVAR), A Board Member of CVAR’s Commercial Real Estate Committee and a member of the Urban Land Institute.

                                             Biography

 As a REALTOR® and Broker-Associate with over 10 years  of real estate experience my focus is to serve my clients  with the utmost professionalism and skill by implementing  vigorous marketing and selling techniques and providing  EXCEPTIONAL service.  I continually work to raise my  knowledge of real estate - legal, contracts, finance,  marketing, ethics, etc. in order to best represent my  clientele.

 I attended the University of Southern California, where I  earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance and I am also a California Real Estate Broker. I have a loving husband and a wonderful daughter who provide a strong support foundation for me both personally and professionally.
